Scrapie flock certification program, defined.Scrapie flock certification program means a voluntary state-federal-industry cooperative program established and maintained to reduce the occurrence and spread of scrapie, identify flocks that have been free of evidence of scrapie over specified time periods, and contribute to the eventual eradication of scrapie.
