54-2756. Assessment and collection of costs.The department may assess and collect costs for services provided and expenses incurred pursuant to its responsibilities under the Scrapie Control and Eradication Act and the rules and regulations adopted and promulgated pursuant thereto. All costs assessed and collected pursuant to this section shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Scrapie Control Cash Fund. SourceLaws 2003, LB 158, § 56.
