Conformity with federal requirements.In administering the Scrapie Control and Eradication Act and conducting scrapie control and eradication program activities authorized by the act, the department shall, as far as reasonably practical, conform its program activities to the federal program requirements as provided in 9 C.F.R. parts 54 and 79.
