54-857. Commercial FeedAdministration Cash Fund; created; use; investment.Allmoney received pursuant to the Commercial Feed Act shall be remitted by thedirector to the State Treasurer for credit to the Commercial Feed AdministrationCash Fund which is hereby created. Such fund shall be used by the departmentto aid in defraying the expenses of administering the act, except that transfers may be made from the fund to theGeneral Fund at the direction of the Legislature. Any money inthe Commercial Feed Administration Cash Fund availablefor investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuantto the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds InvestmentAct.
