60-2126. Motorcycle safety course; approval by director; certified instructor required.A school, business, or organization conducting a basic or advanced motorcycle safety course for which reimbursement will be requested shall submit to the director a request for approval of such course along with the names of all certified instructors who will be teaching such course. The director shall approve such course if it meets the requirements of section 60-2125 and will be taught by a certified instructor.
