Operation of commercial motor vehicle; commercial driver's license or LPC-learner's permit required.Any resident of this state operating a commercial motor vehicle on the highways of this state shall possess a commercial driver's license or LPC-learner's permit issued pursuant to sections 60-462.01 and 60-4,138 to 60-4,172.
