Funds received by the Department of Revenue; disposition.Any funds received by the Department of Revenue which result from an ethanol producer claiming excess credit, and any related interest and penalties thereon, shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Ethanol Production Incentive Cash Fund.
