71-1605. Health district; election; laws applicable.Such election shall be called and conducted as now provided by law for special elections. The ballot shall provide for a vote for or against the proposed health district. The notice of election shall contain a brief description, in not more than two hundred words, of the proposed changes, specifying that the existing property be turned over to the health district by the creation thereof.
