71-1615. Special health service; duty of district to provide; cost; how paid.In the event any political subdivision within the health district desires special remedial care or treatment for the members of such political subdivisions not given by the health district to all inhabitants of said district, it shall be the duty of the health district to furnish such service, and such governmental subdivision shall pay the health district for the cost of such special treatment or care so rendered.
