71-1618. Health district; property of county; possession; when.Any health district, organized pursuant to the provisions of sections 71-1601 to 71-1625, shall not actually take possession of the properties provided for until the first day of the fiscal year of the county in which it is organized during which a tax levy has actually been made for the support of such district.
