71-1620. Preexisting health regulations; effect.All measures that have been enacted by any governmental subdivision to effect any of the functions conferred upon a health district by sections 71-1601 to 71-1625 shall remain in full force and effect until a measure covering the same subject matter shall have been adopted by the board of the health district. Upon the adoption of such a measure, preexisting regulations shall become and be inoperative until dissolution of the health district.
