71-222.02. Board ofBarber Examiners Fund; created; use; investment.Allfunds collected in the administration of the Barber Act shall be remittedto the State Treasurer for credit to the Board of Barber Examiners Fund whichis hereby created and which shall be expended only for the administrationof the act, except that transfersmay be made from the fund to the General Fund at the direction of the Legislature.Any money in the Board of Barber Examiners Fund availablefor investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuantto the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds InvestmentAct.
