71-3105. Rules and regulations.The department is authorized to and shall formulate, adopt, publish, promulgate, and enforce such reasonable rules and regulations as it deems necessary to enforce the provisions of sections 71-3101 to 71-3107 and to protect the health and welfare of persons in attendance at recreation camps.
