71-4622. License required; term.No person shall establish, conduct, operate or maintain a mobile home park within this state without first obtaining an annual license therefor from the department. Such license shall be issued for the calendar year applied for and shall expire at midnight on December 31 of such year. SourceLaws 1976, LB 91, § 2.
