71-4627. Department; permit or license approved; records.When the department has approved an application for a permit to construct, expand, remodel or make alterations upon a mobile home park or appurtenances thereto, pursuant to section 71-4625, or a license to establish, conduct, operate or maintain a mobile home park, it shall retain the original and keep a file thereof. One copy shall be returned to the applicant or his agent. SourceLaws 1976, LB 91, § 7.
