Act and sections, purpose.It is the purpose and intent of the Nebraska Nursing Home Act and sections 71-6043 to 71-6052 that licensing and regulation of nursing homes in this state shall be governed by the Health Care Facility Licensure Act, the Nebraska Nursing Home Act, and sections 71-6043 to 71-6052.
