72-2009. Niobrara CouncilFund; created; use; investment.The Niobrara CouncilFund is created. The fund shall be administered by the Niobrara Council. Thecouncil may accept any private or public funds to carry out its work and suchfunds shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the fund. Thefund shall consist of such funds and legislative appropriations made to thecouncil. Transfers may be madefrom the fund to the General Fund at the direction of the Legislature throughJune 30, 2011. Any money in the Niobrara Council Fund availablefor investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuantto the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds InvestmentAct.
