Real propertyappraiser, defined.Real property appraiser meansa person (1) who engages in real property appraisal activity, (2) who advertisesor holds himself or herself out to the general public as a real property appraiser,or (3) who offers, attempts, or agrees to perform or performs real propertyappraisal activity. Real property appraiser includespersons defined as real estate appraisers prior to July 14, 2006.
