76-550. Register and roster of applicantsand abstracters.The board shall keep a register of the nameof each applicant for certification, with his or her place of business andsuch other information as may be deemed appropriate, including a notationof the action taken by the board thereon, the date upon which the certificateof registration or certificate of authority is issued, and the date of renewalof such certificates. The board shall maintain other records, registers, andfiles as may be necessary for the proper administration of its duties pursuantto the Abstracters Act. A roster showing the names and places of businessof abstracters holding an operative certificate of registration shall be preparedby the director during the month of June of each even-numbered year, sentto all registered abstracters, and furnished to the public on request at the cost of producing such roster.
