77-27,139. Political subdivision; funds received; consideration in determining tax levy.Each political subdivision receiving funds as provided by sections 77-27,136 to 77-27,137.03 shall take into consideration the amount it will receive under such sections during its fiscal year in determining its tax levy for that fiscal year.
