Municipalities; political subdivisions; power to tax.Nothing in sections 77-3001 to 77-3011 shall be construed to limit, usurp or repeal any power to tax granted to the subdivisions and municipalities of the State of Nebraska by the laws and Constitution of the State of Nebraska.
