77-4310.03. Marijuanaand Controlled Substances Tax Administration Cash Fund; created; use; investment.There is hereby created the Marijuana and Controlled SubstancesTax Administration Cash Fund. Money in the fund shall be used by the Tax Commissionerfor the purposes of administering, collecting, and enforcing the tax imposedby section 77-4303, exceptthat transfers may be made from the fund to the General Fund at the directionof the Legislature. Any money in the Marijuanaand Controlled Substances Tax Administration Cash Fund availablefor investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuantto the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds InvestmentAct.
