79-1012. School DistrictReorganization Fund; created; use; investment.TheSchool District Reorganization Fund is created. The fund shall be administeredby the department. The fund shall consist of money transferred from the EducationInnovation Fund and shall be used to provide payments to reorganized schooldistricts pursuant to section 79-1011. Any money remaining inthe School District Reorganization Fund on July 1, 2013, shallbe transferred to the Education Innovation Fund on such date. Any money inthe School District Reorganization Fund available for investment shall beinvested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska CapitalExpansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
