Appropriations Committee; duties.The Appropriations Committee of the Legislature shall annually includethe amount necessary to fund the state aid that will be certified to schooldistricts on or before March 10, 2010, on or before April 1, 2011, and on or before March 1 for each school year thereafter in itsrecommendations to the Legislature to carry out the requirements of the TaxEquity and Educational Opportunities Support Act.
