79-871. Commission; budget; adopt; costs and expenses; payment.All costs and expenses incurred by the commission in administering the provisions of sections 79-859 to 79-871 shall be paid as provided in section 79-810. The commission shall develop its own budget which shall be included as a program in the general budget of the State Department of Education.
