8-121. Corporation; examination of application by department; charter approval intended; certificate; issuance.If the department, upon examination of the application required by section 8-120, is satisfied that such corporation has complied with the requirements of the Nebraska Banking Act and if charter approval is intended, it shall issue to such corporation a certificate stating that such corporation has complied with the laws of this state, advising of any requirements which must be met.
