80-330. Property used as a veterans home; utility service; state provide; how compensated.If the state provides utility service to Douglas County in connection with the lease of land and buildings located in Douglas County, Nebraska, for use as a veterans home by the state, Douglas County shall provide the state with fair and equitable compensation for the services provided.
