81-1127. United States Savings Bond; funds withheld; purchase of bonds.The funds mentioned in section 81-1126 shall be used for purchasing United States Savings Bonds issued by the United States Government whenever any person shall have to his credit a sufficient sum of such withheld funds to buy any such bond in behalf of the person entitled thereto. The administrator of sections 81-1126 to 81-1129 shall make such arrangements with an issuing agent or agents for United States Savings Bonds to purchase and deliver such bond or bonds to the person designated in the authorization mentioned in section 81-1126. Funds disbursed for purchase of United States Savings Bonds under sections 81-1126 to 81-1129 shall be by warrant drawn in behalf of the person entitled thereto and to the order of the issuing agent for United States Savings Bonds.
