81-1634. Repayment;use.Funds received in repayment for energy efficiencyloans from the School Weatherization Fund shall be credited to the GeneralFund. For each fiscal year in which there are any outstanding loans, the Legislatureshall designate a portion of the funds received in repayment for energy efficiencyloans for use by the State Energy Office to cover the actual cost of administeringoutstanding loans. Transfersmay be made from the School Weatherization Fund to the General Fund at thedirection of the Legislature.
