81-1802. Crime Victim'sReparations Committee; created; members.A CrimeVictim's Reparations Committee is hereby created. The committee shall consistof five members of the commission andtwo public members to be appointed by the Governor subject toapproval by the Legislature. Onepublic member shall represent charitable organizations, and one public membershall represent businesses. The members of the committee shallselect a chairperson who is a member of the commission.
