81-1833. Committee;report; contents.(1) The committee shall prepare and submit tothe commission a biennial report of its activities under the Nebraska CrimeVictim's Reparations Act, including the name of each applicant, a brief descriptionof the facts in each case, and the amount of compensation awarded, exceptthat if the applicant was the victim of a sexual assault the victim's nameshall not be included in the report, but shall be available to the Governoror a member of the Legislature upon request to the committee. Such reportshall be submitted to the Governor and Clerk of the Legislature as part ofthe commission's report submitted pursuant to section 81-1423.(2) The committeeshall act as the oversight committee for the Community Trust and shall annuallyreport its activities and findings as the oversight committee to the commission,the Governor, and the Clerk of the Legislature. If any questionable or improperactions or inactions on the part of the Community Trust are observed, thecommittee shall immediately notify the Attorney General who shall investigatethe matter.
