81-202.02. State Veterinarian; rules and regulations; adoption.The State Veterinarian shall have authority to adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary or convenient to the effective discharge of his duties and the proper function of the Bureau of Animal Industry, subject to the approval of the Director of Agriculture.
