Buildings; condemnation or repair orders; filing in district court; enforcement.The order shall be in writing, shall recite the grounds therefor, and shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the district court of the county in which the building or structure so ordered to be altered, repaired or demolished is situated, and thereupon all further proceedings for the enforcement thereof shall be had in said court.
