84-1217. Agencies; preservation of records; administrator; advise.All provisions of the Records Management Act shall apply to all agencies as defined in subdivision (1) of section 84-1202 and the administrator shall advise and assist in the establishment of programs for records management and for the selection and preservation of essential records of such branches, and, as required by such branches, shall provide program services pursuant to the provisions of sections 84-1201 to 84-1226.
