84-510. CorporationCash Fund; created; use; investment.The CorporationCash Fund is created. Transfers from the fund to the Election AdministrationFund or the General Fund may be made at the direction of the Legislature. Any money in the Corporation Cash Fundavailable for investment shall be invested by the state investment officerpursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State FundsInvestment Act.
