84-907.01. Rule or regulation; public hearing; notice to subscribers.The Secretary of State shall establish and maintain a list of subscribers who wish to receive notice of public hearing on the question of adopting, amending, or repealing any rule or regulation of any agency and shall provide such notice to such subscribers at cost to be assessed against each subscriber.
