85-210. Agricultural laboratory in Box Butte County; object.The object of the agricultural laboratory referred to in section 85-209 shall be to advance the agricultural, horticultural, and irrigation interests of the State of Nebraska and specifically those agricultural problems particular to western Nebraska.
