85-2221. Community college area; report data.Each community college area shall annually report such data as necessary to carry out the Community College Foundation and Equalization Aid Act to the Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education. Each community college area shall annually provide the commission with a reconciliation of the data necessary to carry out the act with audited financial statement information.
