85-312. State colleges; morals of the pupils; faculty; religious test forbidden.The board in its regulations, and the president in his supervision and government of the state colleges, shall exercise a watchful guardianship over the morals of the pupils, but no religious or sectarian test shall be applied in the selection of teachers, and none shall be adopted in the state colleges.
