86-421. Legislative findings.The Legislature finds that 911 emergency telephone communications systems further the public interest and protect the health, safety, and welfare of the people of Nebraska. The purpose of the Emergency Telephone Communications Systems Act is to fund the development, installation, and operation of 911 emergency telephone communications systems throughout the state.
