1.010 - Courts of justice. - Nevada Statutes

1.010  Courts of justice.  The following shall be the courts of justice for this State:

      1.  The Supreme Court.

      2.  The district courts.

      3.  Justice courts.

      4.  Such municipal courts as may from time to time be established by the Legislature in incorporated cities or towns.
