2.180 - Absence from State; forfeiture of office. - Nevada Statutes

2.180  Absence from State; forfeiture of office.  A justice of the Supreme Court shall not absent himself or herself from this State for more than 90 consecutive days. A violation of the provisions of this section shall work a forfeiture of office.
