2.320  Reporters of decisions; duties.  The Clerk of the Supreme Court and the Official Reporter are ex officio reporters of decisions. Whenever any case is finally determined by the Supreme Court, the reporters of decisions shall make a synopsis of the opinion and decision of the Supreme Court in the case. A copy of the opinion together with the synopsis must be filed by the reporters of decisions with the State Printer.
