111.530 - “Registering entity” defined. - Nevada Statutes

111.530  “Registering entity” defined.  “Registering entity” means a person who originates or transfers title to a security by registration. The term includes a broker maintaining securities accounts for customers and a transfer agent or other person acting for or as an issuer of securities.
