116.745 - “Violation” defined. - Nevada Statutes

116.745  “Violation” defined.  As used in NRS 116.745 to 116.795, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “violation” means a violation of any provision of this chapter, any regulation adopted pursuant thereto or any order of the Commission or a hearing panel.
