116B.865 - “Violation” defined.
116B.865 “Violation” defined. As used in NRS 116B.870 to 116B.920, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “violation” means a violation of any provision of this chapter, any regulation adopted pursuant thereto or any order of the Commission or a hearing panel.
