119.170  Sales: Reference to Division or employees prohibited.  No person, broker, salesperson or registered representative shall in any manner refer to the Division or to any member or employee thereof in offering or selling in this state any subdivision lot, parcel or unit in a subdivision nor make any representation whatsoever that such property has been inspected or approved or otherwise passed upon by the Division or any official, department or employee of this state.
