119.200  Participation by officers and employees of Division prohibited.  No officer or employee of the Division or any association, firm or corporation with which an officer or employee is associated shall act as a broker of a subdivision, lot, parcel, unit or interest therein or offer or dispose of a subdivision, lot, parcel, unit or interest therein required to be approved pursuant to NRS 119.140.
