119B.220 - Offer or sale of membership without permit and broker prohibited. - Nevada Statutes

119B.220  Offer or sale of membership without permit and broker prohibited.  Except as provided in NRS 119B.120, a person shall not offer to sell or sell in this state any membership in a campground unless the person:

      1.  Holds a permit to do so issued by the Administrator; and

      2.  Designates and uses a broker of record to sell the membership.
