126.105 - Service of process. - Nevada Statutes

126.105  Service of process.  Whenever service of process is required in an action brought under this chapter to determine the existence or nonexistence of the paternal relationship, it may be made pursuant to Rule 4 of N.R.C.P. or by certified mail, restricted delivery, with return receipt requested.
